Atlanta United's home game against Inter Miami is definitely the highlight of this round of the USL. The fact that Atlanta United's home field is one of the hottest stadiums in the USL, and that Inter Miami's coach, Martino, will be returning to the club that he led to the 2018 USL Playoffs Championship, is a good thing.
Mez will be returning to the club from the Argentine national team, and while he's bound to be tired, I think he'll play an important role for the team, whether he's a backup or a regular.
Last week, in the absence of Moses, Lee Annadao Gambina took his place and scored twice for Internacional Mayami, helping the team beat Sporting Kansas 3-2. He has scored 3 goals in the last 2 matches, so I expect him to be a threat whether he's starting or coming in later in the match.
Another Argentinean player, Farias, who joined the team in July, has scored two goals in the last two matches and I am impressed with his performance. He can play either as a striker or attacking midfielder, and I expect this 21 year old youngster to make a big impact in the USL.
Atlanta United has been floundering lately, but they are the 2nd highest goal-scoring team on the East Coast, so their offensive firepower could spell trouble for the International Miami defense.
Chiaguimakis is the team's leading scorer with 13 goals, so he's going to be dangerous. But I think an equally important player is Argentinean international Thiago Almeida, who has the highest number of assists in the USL for the time being, and is one of the best players in the league at creating scoring chances for his teammates.
