Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku's transfer drama has come to an end. According to reports from British and Italian media, Chelsea have agreed to send Lukaku to Roma on loan for a fee of 5 million pounds (about HK$49.5 million). Roma boss Frederikin will personally fly his private jet to take Lukaku from London to Rome, and has already booked a grand welcoming ceremony for Tuesday night (29th).

Lukaku "betrayed" Inter Milan this summer by negotiating privately with Juventus, but Zuki and Chelsea were unable to settle the score, and Roma, led by Moleno, eventually won the match, allowing Lukaku to earn another living with the "King of Inches". Chelsea reportedly made a deal with Roma boss Frederikin in London on Monday (28) for the transfer, and Lukaku agreed to a big pay cut.
