English Premier League club Nottingham Forest announced on Thursday (24th) that they have successfully borrowed Argentinean international Gonzalo Mondial from Westville for one season, becoming the fifth new recruit of Forest this summer. Gonzalo Montiel had a great season last season, helping Argentina win the World Cup and then winning the UEFA Cup for West Vale. Coincidentally, Gonzalo Montiel scored the winning goal in both finals, which was praised by fans as a "big heart".

The 26-year-old Gonzalo Montiel, who will wear the No. 29 jersey, said after signing the contract: "I've been watching the Premier League, every single game, as a player of course, I want to play in the best league, and the Premier League is the best league, and I'll try my best to get a win and a trophy for Forest. Forest have the right to buy him out for around £10 million (HK$100 million) at the end of his loan period.
