Saudi Arabian giants Jeddah Aly have officially announced the signing of Manchester City winger Males for a 4-year contract with a transfer fee of £30 million (around HK$300 million). Jeddah Ali have already signed Liverpool striker Robert Toufalminou, plus Malles has now joined the team, as well as the upcoming Newcastle flanker Sint Maximin, forming a trio of Premier League strikers.
It has been rumored for some time that Malles has moved to Jeddah Aly, and the deal is officially finalized. The 32-year-old Algerian international posted a thousand-word message through his social network, thanking City, his teammates, and the fans for their support over the past five years, which he will never forget.
Manchester City's official social network also released the statistics of Males since he played for the club, in order to praise his contribution. Males has won 4 Premier League, 2 EFL Cup, 3 EFL Cup and 1 UEFA Champions League for Manchester City, with a total of 236 appearances, scoring 78 goals and 59 assists. It is reported that Malles will receive an annual salary of 29 million euros (about HK$249 million) when he joins Jeddah Aly.
Jeddah Aly's recruitment drive is still not over, with the latest agreement having been reached with Newcastle flanker Sint Maximin, the 26-year-old French star who has already passed the first part of his medical tests and will sign a three-year deal as soon as all the transfer work has been completed.
