Brazil's presidential election was just held on Sunday (30th), and Brazil's ace striker Nima is implicated in it because Bolsonaro, whom Nima supported, lost his re-election bid, and Nima's suspected tax evasion is facing a clean bill of health by the new president Lula.
Nima publicly supported Bolsonaro's reelection and said he would give him the first goal scored in the Qatar World Cup; the incident has attracted much criticism in Brazilian politics.

The players were warned to avoid engaging in political and morale-damaging behavior, and then candidate Lula hit back by accusing Nima of colluding with Bolsonaro in a number of scandals.
The scandal Lula is referring to is that Nima was accused of sexual assault in 2019, and it was all thanks to Bolsonaro that he helped him out, to the point that during the presidential election, Nima openly supported Bolsonaro because of an agreement between the two sides that exempted Nima from paying huge amounts of taxes.
Bolsonaro lost and Lula won, so Nima was naturally covered in ants. Nima uploaded a picture to his IG posting, showing him holding a Brazilian flag and leaving a message: "God, Country, Family and Freedom, thank you for making the decision for us". However, Lula's supporters are not letting him off the hook, with a video circulating on the Internet of a Lula supporter shouting, "Nima, you have to pay taxes!
There is only one way for Nima to get out of this, and that is to help Brazil win the World Cup.
