When the victim returned to the living room, her girlfriend told her that she had just had sex with Kialisch and that she had seen Kialisch asleep, and then the two women were sexually assaulted again by Wendi and Shah respectively. In the course of the incident, the victim only accused Wendi and Saha of sexual assault, while Kialisch and his girlfriend had sexual intercourse, not sexual assault.
