(PSG) shot-stopper Kylian McBarbie overtook the 23-year-old France international, who is set to earn a total of $125 million this year, according to Sportico, edging Cron by $12 million to become the 2022 king of the money-suckers.
Kilian McBarbie's earnings have skyrocketed due to a contract extension with PSG this summer, which has resulted in an astronomical salary, with $105 million of this year's $125 million in salary and another $20 million in commercial income.
As for Crown, only $53 million was spent on labor, while other income amounted to $60 million, for a total of $113 million.
In 3rd place is another PSG player, Misi, who earns US$110 million, with a salary of US$62 million. Nima is in 4th place, earning $91 million this year, in other words, 3 of the top 4 players.
