After beating Ireland 2-0 away in the first round of the UEFA Europa League group stage, England's interim head coach Casley was interviewed by British independent television and spoke highly of his team's performance.

Carsley began by expressing his satisfaction with some of the team's performances, noting that the audience had seen the tactics and strategies they had tried to implement. He particularly praised the overall performance of the players, saying that it was very pleasing to see that they showed their talent and managed to achieve a shutout of their opponents.

Casley had high praise for the goal scorers Rice and Gralish. He thought both took their scoring chances well and their attacking planning and finishing was fantastic. He looks to the future and believes both players are capable of scoring more goals in the competition.

For Gralish, Carsley made a point of saying that he doesn't need to prove himself to anyone anymore, but scoring another goal for England today is still a good thing for him. He hopes that Gralish can continue this form and contribute more goals to the team.

Speaking about Anthony Gordon, Carsley said that although playing on a dry, sticky-slick pitch is not ideal for a disc jockey, Gordon has still shown himself to be a threat. He has continued his good form from last season and looks a very promising player.

Meanwhile, Casley also recognized the performance of the Irish team. He felt that the Irish were very tenacious and caused England a lot of problems during the game. Although England may have gotten a little wider in the second half, they were still able to hold on to their 2-0 lead and ultimately come out on top.

In the end, Casley said that England also encountered some difficulties in the match, but they eventually found a way to break through their opponents. He believes that the team will continue to work hard and achieve better results in the upcoming matches.
