Wolverhampton Wanderers, who started the season with 1 draw and 1 loss, have made a big move, as reports indicate that they are about to sign Sporting Portuguese international midfielder Mathias Nunes for a record-breaking €50 million, which is a big deal for this mid-sized team.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano used the iconic Here we go! to report on the deal, stating that Wolves and Sporting had reached an agreement on the transfer of Mafiosi Nunes for a fee of €45 million plus €5 million in bonuses.

The player has also accepted Wolves' personal terms and Mathias Nunes will be flown to England later to undergo a medical test before signing the contract.

Mafiosi Nunes is a 23-year-old Portuguese-Brazilian national who scored 4 goals and 5 assists in 50 games for Sporting last season, and is valued at €35 million in Germany's Transfermarkt.
