The trial for the attack on his ex-girlfriend by soccer star Jay-Z began at a Manchester court. Jay-Z appeared in court and denied all allegations of threats of violence, verbal harassment and other charges.
The incident occurred in November 2020, when Jace and his ex-girlfriend Kate got into an argument at their home, Jace assaulted Kate and even attacked Kate's sister, after which Jace was arrested on suspicion of assault.
Prosecutors said in court that while Jace had great accomplishments on the field, there was an ugly and sinister side to him off the court, involving a string of physical and psychological abuses in his private life.
According to the case, the relationship between Jess and Kate is full of violence and harassment, once Kate proposed to break up, Jess constantly to Kate and her friends for SMS and telephone harassment, and to Kate nude photos as a threat, and later begged for forgiveness to Kate, so that Kate soften and give another chance.
