Born on May 10, 1995 in Takatsuki, Osaka, Morita began playing soccer in kindergarten under the influence of his older brother, who was five years older than him, despite the fact that both his parents and his sister played tennis.

My brother and I played soccer every day. He was 5 years older than me, and my role was like a drill partner, and since I loved soccer myself, I enjoyed playing soccer with my brother, and we still have a very good relationship.

MORITA joined the local Takatsuki Shimizu FC as a youngster and played as a Volante (defensive midfielder) as he does now, but at that time he was more involved in the offense and ran around the field like a tiger. As early as he was a schoolboy, Morita was already aiming to become a working player.

I don't know what else there is to do outside of being a soccer player, frankly.

Morita had already been a fan of G Osaka since he was a child, but when he entered junior high school, he was not selected for the G Osaka Junior Youth tryouts, but instead of considering applying to other J.LEAGUE teams, he enrolled in Takatsuki Municipal No. 9 High School, where his older brother had previously attended.

Although it is not a nationally known campus, it is considered a strong team in Osaka Prefecture. However, the most important thing is the teachers and staff of the campus. They don't have a deep knowledge of soccer, but they are people who are very passionate about soccer and take it very seriously. Since my brother had been taught by them, I wanted to go there to be coached by them.

Mamorita said that the most hard-working soccer days were in junior high school, when he practiced every morning, and if he lost in the practice match, he would practice until the evening. Even though it was hard, Morita never wanted to give up under the enthusiastic counseling of his teachers and the care he received outside of practice.

After spending an adequate amount of time in junior high school, Morita moved up to Kanemitsu Osaka High School, which was close to his home, where he hit a wall for the first time in his soccer life with a good team.

I was so busy with soccer for 3 years in junior high school that I started to think about how hard it was to practice in the morning in high school.

Although Morita started to play in the first year of high school, in the three years he attended the school, the campus did not make it to the national conference, and the best result was only to make it to the quarterfinals of the Osaka Prefectural Conference, which made the mindset of Morita, who had been aiming to become a working player since elementary school, a little bit shaky.

After 3 years, working soccer became unattainable for me, because I was not able to participate in the National Championships, so I was not able to make myself known to more people. I guess you need to have a good result in the National Conference to be called up for the college selection or the Japan U representative, but our college couldn't even compete for the championship in Osaka. Most of the players in the National Sports Conference (Osaka Prefectural Representative) are youths from G Osaka and C Osaka, so I don't think it's possible for me to become a professional player after graduating from high school.

Even so, Morita didn't think he couldn't be a workhorse player ...... nor did he have absolute confidence, merely didn't think about giving up.

I did not think that I could not become a working player, I believe that as long as I continue to work hard, one day I will be able to do it, it is true that it is very difficult, but it is not impossible, I do not know why I have such an idea, and I have always told my parents, but they are very practical and said to me, "It can not be done, it can not be done," they are really abet it (laughs), but it also makes me do it, so that they can see how good I am. I'll show them what I'm capable of.

After graduating from high school, Morita chose to attend the University of Economics and Business (UEB).

To become a workhorse, make sure you go to a traditional college that is famous and has a lot of workhorse players.

This was one of the reasons why Morita chose Ryuuken University, and the other reason was that he was shocked by the fact that he had fought against Ryuuken Dabai High School when he was in his 2nd year of high school.

When I was in my second year of high school and played against Ryuukoku Daikoku, I was so shocked that they were so strong that I thought I was their rival (laughs) and wanted to beat them in the National Championships. At that time, Rota Aoki and Kei Koizumi, who were in their lineup, became professional players after graduating from high school, and when I found out that all of the other players had gone on to Ryukoku University, I wanted to play soccer with them.

Morita joined the team not as a soccer recommendation, but through a tryout. Morita says he enjoyed playing soccer there, and even though his teammates were all better than he was, being in that environment had an outstanding impact on him, which transformed into a force for progress.

There was no way back for me in college, and if I didn't achieve anything in college, I really couldn't become a professional player, so I felt a sense of tension and crisis, and I really felt "serious".
