In the 2nd round of the UEFA Europa League group stage, Harry Kane helped England beat Finland 2-0 at home with his outstanding performance of scoring twice, ushering in the 100th milestone night of his England career. After the match, he was interviewed by Independent TV, sharing his feelings and outlook on the future of the team.

Kane began by expressing his pride in this special night: "It's a really big night for me and I'm very proud. I've always wanted to score goals and help the team win. Whenever you are doubted or challenged, that drive to prove yourself becomes stronger. I always believe I can score goals and am excited about the future."

Speaking about his performance in the game, Kane singled out the contribution of teammate Trent Alexander-Arnold: "Trent's performance tonight anchored us again. His passing and vision is always so good and gives us more options and threats on the attacking end. We've talked about being more relentless in our pursuit of victory and in a game like this you have to keep putting pressure on the opposition and keep knocking on the door and eventually you'll be rewarded."

Kane also spoke highly of the new head coach's coaching style, "The head coach started his job with a lot of energy. He talked a lot about freedom, offense and how to cause damage to the opponent. This made us more confident and more daring to show our character in the game. Of course, we still have a lot to improve on, but it's certainly a great start for him."

Finally, Kane looked ahead to the team's future: "We still have a lot of matches to play and a lot of challenges to face. But I believe that as long as we maintain this spirit of unity and hard work, and continue to play to our strengths, we will be able to achieve more victories. I look forward to working with my teammates to win more honors for England."
