In the 2nd round of the UEFA A League match on September 11th, the Dutch and the Germans fought to a draw, ending with a score of 2-2. After the match, the Dutch defense center Van Dyke accepted the media interview and made an in-depth analysis and comment on the match.

Van Dyke began by recognizing the team's overall performance, "I thought we played a good game. I was very pleased with the pressure we put on in the second half and the way we controlled the ball. Although we were too far back initially, we showed very good form in the second half, especially with the goal that gave us hope of victory. In the end, despite not winning the game, it was entirely possible for us to do so."

He singled out his team's positive attitude in the game and the contribution of the substitutes: "In some moments of the game we played very well. We created chances and the substitutes did a great job. That's what we want, and that positivity gives the whole team a boost. Even if you sit on the bench, you have to show your strength and desire to make a difference for the team. We've been pushing each other and everyone is ready to go and that has shown in the games."

Van Dyke showed understanding and support for teammate Delicht's mistake in the game: "That's part of soccer, and unfortunately Delicht made a mistake at a crucial moment. But before that he was doing very well. Everyone makes mistakes and we need to learn from them. At the highest level of the game, such mistakes are often punished immediately. It was a moment of error, but we need to move on and not let it get us down."

Finally, Van Dyke looked to the future of the team, "We have started a new journey and I am happy that we showed a very high level of soccer in this game. I feel good about the way the team played in the second half and I believe we are capable of doing even better in the coming games. We will give our best and bring more exciting games to our fans."
