Spanish media have reported that the price of an electronic cryptocurrency issued by French Ligue 1 rivals Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has plummeted, with the king's labor paid for with the currency, causing him to lose millions of euros in revenue.

The club's cryptocurrency stood at €19.14 before Mez joined PSG last summer, and it surged to €42.5 after his introduction, but has recently fallen to €13.11 following the team's exit from the UEFA Europa League.

It has been reported that part of the salary in the contract signed with PSG is paid in the club's cryptocurrency. It is not known how much the amount is, but the Spanish media said that the bubble has burst and cost the club millions of euros.
