The Allianz Arena in Munich was built by Bayern Munich and Munich 1860 with a joint contribution of 350 million euros, and was officially titled for use on May 30, 2005, with a capacity of 71,000 people. It is now the home stadium of Bundesliga team Bayern Munich and Bundesliga C team Munich 1860.
Sydney Allianz Stadium, built in 1988 and officially titled in 2012, has a capacity of 45,500 and is the home of Sydney FC of the Australian Premier League. It is mainly used for hosting Union style rugby, football and soccer matches and is also a popular concert venue.
