Recently, the news of Vikings' children sleeping on the floor in the Bambi Cup has attracted strong coverage from Sanli and caused a lot of excitement on the internet. It's definitely a good thing that it's been reported (thank you for that), and Vikings does need your help. What I find fascinating is how everyone reacted to the news in one of two ways: the government is incompetent, it should be held responsible, or it shouldn't be the government's responsibility. You can read the story carefully, but there's no mention of the government in the whole story, so why is the government the first thing on everyone's mind? Even the coaches of the XX medal winners of the WGM were interviewed, and all of them added the phrase that they hoped the government would pay attention to them....
Taiwan has a democratic government, but everyone seems to think of him as Superman (in fact, they think of him as an alternative service). A child who goes abroad to attend a summer camp without any money has to yell to the government, just like many people in the news call 119 or 110 to save a cat, pull out a ring, or catch a snake or a rat, and everyone is used to thinking this way. This government is elected by the people, and we, the people, depend on and expect the government to do everything without even realizing it, especially in sports. Huh? Aren't many of the individual associations the most professional? To put it bluntly, it's all about budgets, and our government is happy to give money to the professionals because it takes the responsibility away from them, but it's actually the cheapest and most irresponsible thing to do.
Is there anything that should be done by the government? Of course there is. Now 99% of the soccer people hope that the professional soccer league, is to rely on the government, but the question is how to rely on? If we still shout about advancing to the top 100, and then just throw a sum of money to the sports professional units they know and then pat their asses on the back, I am afraid that it is just like throwing money into a wishing pool, and no goddess will ever come out to give you a professional soccer league. The point is that the Athletic Department wants to give money to the right sports professional unit.
This sports professional unit also needs to have a relative and capable person to work with it. Four simple words, "Politics, people and harmony", what we need the Government to do is this.
The people of Taiwan are extremely dependent on the government, and this is especially true of Taiwan's businesses. In a situation where Taiwanese businesses generally have little understanding of sports, and therefore even less interest in them, it is time for the government to step up to the plate. Professional soccer leagues need nothing more than leagues, teams, and financial backers. Establishing leagues and teams requires financial resources, and assisting leagues and teams in finding financial backers is what the government can really help with. Apart from the centralized Sports Department sprinkling funds
The establishment of each team requires even more support from the local government.
In the past, the local government has been the main source of funding for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Taiwan. Taiwan's many small and medium-sized enterprises, and their development and the local government close relationship, including taxes, land, business, production, environmental protection, etc., so that they must maintain a good and close relationship with the local government, a local government to step forward to the high calling them to become a gold master of a small investment in the team, I believe that this is a feasible way. We are always looking forward to Hon Hai, Sun Micron and other large international companies to come out and engage in professional sports!

Instead, looking over your shoulder won't get you anywhere.
To carry out the task of setting up VFC, I think the best way is to hand it over to a full-time, professional organization, perhaps by setting up a committee or tendering for the work to be carried out by a company specializing in sports management. However, if the Government is afraid of trouble (as I think it is) and still wants to give the task of establishing the VFC to a professional sports organization (for example, a certain association), then this is the best way.
Execution of the unit has become very important and needs to be led by someone who is well connected to the people.
He had better be able to talk to the Chief Executive, heads of ministries and local parents in one phone call, and also to be able to have a transcendent idea of the stance: it is up to him to assist in handling and coordinating the government, but the execution is left to the professional sports management profession to deal with.
