Chelsea's 21-year-old youngster Herschel O'Doul told the media that he hoped the manager would calm down during the coaching sessions on the sidelines, instead of shouting all the time, suggesting that his constant shouting was not good and would not help the team.

Herschel O'Doul said in an interview with the Daily Mail: "Duchow is a very good person, his tactics are not bad, he knows how to maximize the potential of the players, but sometimes in a way that you don't want to hear, that is, he will yell at you at any time.

He went on to say, "Sometimes you think, why do we have to yell? I know it's for the good of the team, but sometimes it's hard to understand why they can't calm down a little bit and stop yelling.
