In the 4th round of the English Premier League match on September 15, Everton suffered a stubborn block from Aston Villa and finally lost 2-3 unfortunately. After the match, Everton manager Sean Dyche, who was in a mixed mood, accepted an interview with the media, in which he frankly analyzed the problems faced by the team at present and expressed his firm confidence in the future matches.

Facing the loss in this game, Sean Dyche was blunt: "We're really experiencing some setbacks right now. Every little mistake in the game seemed to lead directly to conceding a goal, and we were unable to fully capitalize on our opportunities on the offensive end. It's very frustrating to lose like this, especially compared to the excellent performance in the last game. There were already weaknesses in our lineup and a loss like this definitely increases our challenge."

Speaking about the injury to his team's defender Mikolenko, Sean Dyche revealed, "He was feeling unwell during the game and we had to replace him out of protection and responsibility for the game. It definitely had an impact on our defense, but we have to face and overcome these difficulties."

Sean Dyche had his own take on Everton's start to the season: "We showed great athleticism in our last game, but we didn't continue that momentum today. Our opponents capitalized on the mistakes we made and managed to convert their chances into goals. I've repeatedly emphasized that it's vital to have a killer instinct in the game, but unfortunately we didn't do that today. We must recognize our shortcomings and learn from them. Going forward, we must continue to work hard to create quality attacking chances and score as many goals as possible to win games. This is a challenge I have always faced at the club and one we must address."

In the face of the upcoming games and the challenges ahead, Sean Dyche showed the tenacity and determination expected of a head coach: "We have had to make adjustments to the team to better adapt to the pace of the game and the tactics of our opponents. In this process, we must continue to believe in each other and face the difficulties as one. As a manager, I know I have a huge responsibility, but I also believe that our players have enough strength and perseverance to overcome everything. We are an honest team, the players have worked very hard, they have experienced many setbacks and difficulties, but they have never given up their desire to win. Now we have to respond positively, adjust our mentality and condition and prepare for Tuesday's game. No matter how tough the future is, we will stay the course and fight for the honor of the team and the expectations of our fans."
