In the much-anticipated first round of the third phase of the World Cup Asian Qualifying Tournament (Round of 18), Jordan and Kuwait offered fans an exciting and suspenseful match. The players from both sides fought hard on the field and finally shook hands with a score of 1-1 to start the new journey of the 18-team tournament together.

At the beginning of the match, the Jordanian team showed a strong desire to attack. In the 14th minute, the first exciting moment of the game appeared on the field: Noor Rawabid, the core of Jordan's midfield, sent a wonderful assist in front of the opponent's penalty area, and striker Moussa Al-Tamari understood it, and quickly inserted himself, and took a cool shot to penetrate the Kuwaiti team's defense, and sent the ball into the corner of the goal. The goal not only gave Jordan the lead, but also instantly ignited the passion of the fans.

However, the Kuwaiti team was not discouraged. With their strong fighting spirit and excellent defense, they gradually stabilized their position and searched for opportunities to counterattack in the second half. As the game progressed, the physical fitness of both players declined, but the fighting on the field was still intense. Just as the match was about to enter extra time, Kuwait was awarded a valuable penalty kick. Youssef Nasser, as the team's penalty taker, resisted the great pressure and steadily put the ball into the goal, successfully helping the team to equalize the score.

The goal gave Kuwait hope of a comeback, but unfortunately they were unable to capitalize on the remaining time to extend the lead. Jordan, on the other hand, was equalized, but their performance was equally praiseworthy. With the referee's whistle, the match ended with a 1-1 draw.
