With a showdown with Premier League giants Manchester City on the horizon, Brentford
Head Coach Thomas Frank spoke to the media and expressed his anticipation for the game and spoke highly of Erling Harland, the superb striker in the City squad.
Frank showed a cautious yet confident attitude towards the match with Manchester City. He said: "We know the strength of Manchester City, and every time we play against them it's a tough challenge. But we are fully prepared and hope to show our best in this game. Although City is a team that can put us behind if we are not careful, we will still give our best and try to play a good game. At the same time, we know the importance of luck and hope that good fortune will favor us."
Frank was even more complimentary when talking about City's striker Harland. He said: "Harland is a player who gives all opponents a headache, and many teams will do everything they can to limit his play. But in my opinion, his running in the box is simply unparalleled, one of the best players I've ever seen. He always judges the direction of the ball accurately and is always highly focused and sharp. This top-level running ability, combined with his incredible speed, strength and explosiveness, made him a superstar on the soccer field."
Frank further emphasized Harland's excellence: "Harland not only possesses excellent physical and technical skills, but more importantly, he possesses a keen intuition to start at the right time. This ability allows him to find the best attacking position in the game and pose a great threat to the opponents. Moreover, he is now playing for one of the best teams in the world, which emphasizes his strength and potential even more."
