Aug. 14 (UPI) -- In Leicester City's home game against Wolverhampton Wanderers
England Premier Soccer League
Vardy opened the scoring for Leicester City in the first half of the first round of the competition and imitated a wolf's cry in his celebration after scoring.
In the 40th minute of the contest, Vardy grabbed a goal in front of the penalty area to help Leicester City take the lead before halftime. After the goal, Vardy ran towards the visiting Wolves fans' side of the stands and then imitated a wolf cry.
The talksport review suggests that this is not the first time Vardy has heckled rival fans. He previously imitated the Eagles in the November 2019 match against Crystal Palace.
