Taishan's AFC Champions League and Chinese Super League fixtures do not conflict with each other. The AFC set aside the AFC Champions League Quarter-Finals when the FA drew up its fixture plan and there was a three-day buffer between matches, in line with FIFA regulations. It was enough that the first three matches were played at home to capitalize on the home advantage, and the fourth match was away with more than a three-day break before the match against Yokohama.
