Recently, 50 clubs have been confirmed to sign up for the new season at all levels of the league, according to a report by the North Youth Daily. Currently, 42 clubs have passed the initial review, while 8 clubs still need to supplement or improve their entry materials. Among them, two Chinese Super League clubs registered in cities in northern China have not passed the preliminary review, a situation that has caused a great deal of discussion and heated debate among fans. Although the media did not specify which two Chinese Super League clubs did not pass the preliminary audit, fans analyzed the situation and believed that it was likely to refer to the Cangzhou Lions and Beijing Guoan Club.

In the past two seasons, Cangzhou Lions have encountered serious salary arrears problems, which led to them almost failing to pass the qualification audit for the Chinese Super League entry last season. In the end, some fans revealed that Cangzhou Lions forced their players to sign the salary and bonus confirmation form by way of a property loan. After going through the audit, Cangzhou Lions were lucky enough to continue participating in the competition. Under the leadership of young manager Zhao Junzhe, they performed very well and managed to finish the task of relegation in the Chinese Super League a few rounds ahead of schedule. However, the Cangzhou Lions have been plagued by a lack of a substantial solution to the issue of employee entitlement arrears, which has led to a lack of competitiveness and a lack of motivation amongst the players in the final stages of the Chinese Super League. Cangzhou Lions have been suffering from big losses lately and look to have a tendency to give up. Thankfully, the Cangzhou Lions club has not given up and has been actively working to save themselves.

The Cangzhou Lions may have succeeded in coordinating the work arrangements of the local players by getting them to sign the wage and bonus forms in the first place. The local players of Cangzhou Lions are well aware that as long as they are able to continue to play in the Chinese Super League, the club may be able to resolve the issue of unpaid arrears. If they continued to be assertive and did not agree to sign, the end result would be that both sides would suffer losses, the Cangzhou Lions might face dissolution, and the local players would not be able to find a source of funding. Therefore, the local players of Cangzhou Lions are willing to cooperate with the club. However, the Cangzhou Lions' foreign players do not have such a sense. Because the foreign aid of Cangzhou Lions insisted on making up the salary arrears before signing the contract, as a result, the club failed to pass the initial audit.

Beijing Guoan and Cangzhou Lions are facing the same plague of foreigners refusing to sign because of unpaid salaries. De Souza's public message on social media asking for an increase in his salary has left many Guoan fans confused. De Souza was the new foreign aid that Guoan focused on bringing in last season, and the team had high expectations for him. De Sousa's performance after joining the Guoan team has made the fans truly savor the feeling that the greater the hope the heavier the disappointment.

De Souza did not perform well in the Guoan game and was lazy and slack at times. As a result, De Souza was left early by Guoan. Now De Souza refuses to sign, causing Guoan's access to encounter difficulties, which makes the fans feel helpless. Guoan and Cangzhou Lions are working on a solution to the problem of unpaid foreign aid, and if there are no surprises, they may bring good news to the fans, i.e., the team's access is passed.
