Guoan defender Li Lei updated his social media today with photos of him doing a running workout and a photo of the milk tea takeout he ordered himself while he was taking a break.
In his caption to the photo, Li Lei wrote: "When we develop the habit of self-discipline, even a cup of milk tea can seem like a luxury."
The Chinese Super League ended early this month, and the new season is expected to start in March next year, with the Guoyan team having no AFC Champions League duties and will have several months of rest and recuperation.
