In the first round of the UEFA Champions League, Inter Milan drew 0-0 with defending champions Manchester City, a draw that not only highlighted the Blue and Black's tough defense, but also allowed the world to witness their successful restriction of top striker Harland. Although Harland scored nine goals in the first four rounds of the Premier League this season, showing amazing goal-scoring efficiency, he failed to continue his hot form in the strong dialog with Inter Milan and failed to collect any goals.

After the match, Inter center back Bisek talked about Harland's performance in an interview, and he first affirmed Harland's strength as a world-class player: "Harland is undoubtedly an extremely good player, and his goal-scoring ability and influence on the game are there for all to see. However, even such a superstar is not guaranteed to break through and score in every game." Bisek then turned the team's attention to itself, proudly stating, "We are happy that we managed to stop him today, which is a testament to our team's defensive abilities and the effectiveness of our game plan."

Bisek further explained, "The fact that Harland didn't score doesn't mean that he has slipped, but because we prepared well and made a targeted game plan. When we face a world-class striker like Harland, we know that we have to maintain a high level of concentration and close teamwork. Today, we did that, and it's the result of our combined efforts."
