In a recent interview with Inside United, the official magazine of Manchester United, new signing Mazrahi opened up and shared his adjustment to joining United, his professional experience and his expectations for the future.
Adaptation challenges after joining Manchester United
Mazrahi admits that joining a new club is not easy, especially with all the responsibilities and challenges that come with it. He recalls the tense moments leading up to the match against Fulham, where he had only two practice sessions with a group of new and unfamiliar teammates, which put him under pressure like never before. However, it was this pressure that galvanized him and allowed him to put in a solid performance in the game. Mazrahi said that although he was already proud of his performance at the time, he also realized that it was just the beginning and that he would perform even better as he got to know the team and his teammates better.
All-around player's path to growth
Speaking about his career, Mazrave revealed a little known fact: he started out as a midfielder. During his time with Ajax II, he tried his hand at a number of positions, including left winger and defender, and this well-rounded training experience provided him with a solid foundation for his later career. Mazrahi said that he was able to adapt and play quickly regardless of position, an ability that made him more comfortable on the pitch.
A bright vision for the future
Mazravi is looking forward to the future. He believes that every move to a bigger club is the best reward for his hard work. His experience at Bayern Munich has made him realize even more why he trains so hard and why he has to make all the sacrifices in his daily life. And now, it's a dream come true to be able to put on a United shirt and play for one of the top clubs in the world. Mazrahi says he knows his dream of playing in the Premier League will come true, and being able to play for a club like Manchester United is definitely a big step in his career. He is looking forward to each day at United to gain new things and grow and contribute to the team.
