July 15 - The Chinese Super League (CSL) officially announces that Choi Kang-hee has been selected as the CSL's Coach of the Month for June.

In the June 2023 Ping An Chinese Super League, Shandong Taishan Football Club, under coach Cui Kangxi, achieved an unbeaten record of two wins and one draw, moving from eighth place at the end of May to fifth place, one of the teams with the most growth in the rankings in June.
In June, Shandong Taishan fell behind 0-1 to Cressan in a crucial match against last season's Chinese Super League (CSL) champions Wuhan Sanzhen before eventually drawing with their opponents. Against Dalian Ren and Changchun Yatai, Cui Kangxi led his side to establish a first-half lead. Meanwhile, Cui Kangxi was recognized for his use of new recruits Hwang Jung-woo and Fernando.
In the selection of the best coach in June, in the media jury voting session, Cui Kangxi with the absolute advantage of the second-ranking votes, and finally with 78 points to beat the 4, May best coach Wu Jingui and Xu Zhengyuan was elected as the best coach of the Chinese Super League in June.
