Born in 1974, Mr. Ricardo Soares has extensive experience as a player and coach. He has been the coach of Portuguese Super League side Gil Vicente and Egyptian Super League side Cairo National.
Ricardo Soares won the Portuguese Football Federation's Star Sharp Coach of the Year award in March 2017. In addition, it has also won the Portuguese Superliga Coach of the Month award three times from 2020 to 2022.
