In the second half we felt that we had taken over the field and tried to seal the win by scoring a third goal. However, on the defensive end, we really need to do better. Even though we played well defensively in general and kept the other team from having too many chances, we had to be 100 percent focused and on point defensively at key moments to prevent the other team from taking any chances."

He is a very experienced and capable coach who brings many new ideas and tactical concepts to the club. His ambition also inspires the whole team to move forward.
