In the 5th round of the Premier League, Brighton and Nottingham Forest drew 2-2 at home. After the match, Jack Hinshelwood, who scored a goal for Brighton, was interviewed and gave an in-depth analysis and reflection on the match.

Commenting on the result, Hinshelwood expressed both satisfaction and regret: "We showed great resilience in this game and despite falling behind early, we quickly adjusted and got back into contention. We led 2-1 at half-time, but it was really frustrating not to hold on for the win on our home ground. We aspire to be winners and take better control of the game, and although this has not yet been achieved, we believe it is only a matter of time. Coach has been instilling this positive mindset in us and he will continue to do so to help us keep improving."

Speaking about his goal, Hinshelwood couldn't hide his joy: "I really like to get into the box and look for chances, and this time João Pedro gave me a perfect pass. I just tried to redirect the ball to the other side of the goalkeeper and luckily it went in. However, despite my goal, the team only got a point, which makes it hard to be happy about that. We had our chances to win the game but unfortunately couldn't capitalize on them."

Hinshelwood also made an objective assessment of his team's performance in the game: "I think we created a lot of chances on the offensive end, but unfortunately we weren't able to score the third goal. If that goal had gone in, the game could have gone completely differently. However, even if we couldn't score that goal, we had to remain resilient and united. On the defensive end, we did make some mistakes, like the big gap between me and Weifel, which led to their second goal. We need to learn from this game and strengthen our defensive understanding and collaboration to make sure that doesn't happen again."

Looking ahead, Hinshelwood is full of confidence: "Although we failed to win all three points in this match, the overall performance of the team is still worthy of recognition. We have great strength and resilience, as long as we continue to work hard, I believe we will be able to achieve more victories in the coming matches. We will seriously summarize the experience and lessons learned from this game, and be well prepared for the next game."
