On the evening of May 16, the Super League officially released the seventh round of the running list for the 2023 season of the Super League. A total of five players from four teams appeared on the running list for this round.

Compared to the previous rounds, the running distance of the running list was about 11.5 kilometers, and there were no players who exceeded 12 kilometers or even reached 13 kilometers. This should be related to the hot weather and the gradual increase in temperature which affected the performance of the players.

Among them, Shandong Taishan foreign aid Moises ranked first with a running distance of 1171.49 meters, becoming the "king of running" this round. This is the third time Moises has been on the running list this season. Previously, in the third and fourth rounds, he was ranked fourth in the running list with 12171.67 meters and 1211.15 meters respectively.

In this round, Moises started and played the whole match in Shandong Taishan's 1-1 draw away to Cangzhou Lions. Although he did not help the team to score and win the first victory on the road, his stable performance was one of the important factors for Shandong to equalize the score in the adversity. At present, Shandong Taishan needs a player like Moises to stabilize the morale, hopefully he can continue to adjust and return to the brave state of last season as soon as possible.

Qingdao Hainiu foreign aid Saric ranked second with a running distance of 11,573.06 meters. This is the second time Saric has been on the running list. Previously, in the third round, he and teammate Zhong Jinbao ran 12060.41 meters and 12619.52 meters, ranking fifth and first respectively.

One of the secrets of Qingdao Hainiu's 2-0 win over Meizhou Hakka was aggressive running. Chen Chunxin's constant bobbling and eventual shot on goal was a vivid example of this. It showed that Meizhou Hakka's defenders couldn't keep up with Chen Chunxin's pace. Of course, Saric is also a representative of Qingdao Sea Bulls' aggressive running, and he plays an important role in offense and defense transition.

Chengdu Rongcheng player Zhou Dingyang ranked third with a running distance of 11,525.93 meters. Coincidentally, Zhou Dingyang has been on the running list for four consecutive rounds, and his running distance in the other three rounds has exceeded 12 kilometers. Among them, he ran a super long distance of 13,302.97 meters in the fourth round. In this round, Zhou Dingyang made his debut and played the whole match in Chengdu Rongcheng's 2-2 draw with Changchun Yatai. As the captain on the field, Zhou Dingyang is undoubtedly supporting the team with practical actions. After 7 rounds of fighting, Chengdu Rongcheng was able to stay undefeated without Zhou Dingyang's tireless running.

Zhejiang players Zhang Jiaqi and Gaudi were on the list at the same time this round, ranking fourth and fifth respectively. This is also their first time on the list. In Zhejiang's 1-2 loss to Shanghai Port, the two ran 11,500.52 meters and 11,495.39 meters respectively. It is worth mentioning that the two ran just under 6 meters. It seems to be a reflection of the team's aggressive running. Among them, Gaudi was also in extra time and scored a goal for his team. Their performance is commendable.
