According to Brazilian journalist Felipe Silva, 25-year-old Shandong Taishan foreigner Leonardo will join Changchun Yatai on loan.
Lennardo will continue to be loaned by Taishan, who will join Changchun Yatai, also in the Chinese Super League, on a contract that lasts for one season, so Brazil's São Paulo will have to give up on plans to bring it in.
Leonardo joined Shandong Taishan in the 2021 season and played eight games for the team, including four starts, contributing one goal. Leonardo spent last season on loan with Ulsan Hyundai FC and scored 14 goals, assisting the team to lift the K-League trophy again after 17 years.
