Born in Warsaw, Szczecinis is a retired Polish professional soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper. Currently Barcelona's starting goalkeeper Ter Stegen is injured and basically out for the season, Lewantowski contacted Szczęszewski by phone and is expected to travel to Spain to make his comeback.
Szczesny was born in Warsaw to Maciej Szczesny, who was a goalkeeper for the Polish national soccer team, and his older brother Jan Szczesny, who was also a professional soccer goalkeeper. Szczesny was a young player at the time, and his performance during training at Agricola Warsaw impressed the goalkeeper coach of Legia Warsaw, who allowed him to participate in the training camp of Legia Warsaw's first team at the age of 15.
Szczesny joined Arsenal's youth academy in 2006 and was promoted to the reserve team for the 2008/09 season. he made his Premier League debut as a reserve against Stoke City on May 24, 2009. he was promoted to the first team at the beginning of the 2009/10 season and wore the No. 53 jersey. on September 22 Szczesny made his first league debut in the League Cup against West Bromwich Albion and did not concede a goal. and did not concede a goal.
