Chengdu Rongcheng defeated Wuhan Sanzhen 1-0 at home on the night of December 23, in the 32nd round of the Chinese Super League. In the second phase of the match, Malcolm hit Rongcheng player Liu Tao with a free kick in the penalty area, but referee Shi Zhenlu did not penalize the penalty kick.
The match between Rongcheng and Samchung was a four-way tie during the 90 minutes of regular time. Despite the dominance of Wingtown's offense, Samchung also had two shots on goal that hit the frame. But the drama of the match really came when the game went into extra time.

As far as the video replay and pictures are concerned, the Sungai player did indeed take a handball, but Shi Zhenlu did not penalize the penalty kick.
If Wing had fouled the ball and scored, and if Sanzen had gotten a penalty, one for and one against, the outcome of the game could have shifted in the other direction.
