Less than two minutes into the game, Meizhou Hakka got off to a fantastic start when Cui Wei found Gisen with an over-the-top pass, who entered the box and fired a shot to the near post to make it 1-0!

In the 8th minute, Meizhou Hakka was in the next city, Yang Yihu crossed from the left and Yang Chao headed the ball in the penalty area, the border referee first raised his flag to indicate offside, and then after VAR prompted to change the goal validity, 2-0!

Meizhou Hakka continued to attack in the 28th minute, Yang Yihu received a direct pass from the left and started a cross, Jisen grabbed a header in front of the goal to make it 3-0!

After a change of possession, Meizhou Hakka scored their fourth goal in the 67th minute when Gisen gave Yin Hongbo in front of the net, who made a slight adjustment and gave it directly to Gisen again, who turned and entered the penalty area for a 4-0 goal! Gison meanwhile scored a hat-trick.

In the battle, Jin You and Wang Shangyuan broke through, but the former was ruled out for offside and the latter for Karanga blocking the keeper's view. In the 75th minute, Karanga broke through the box in the middle and was shoved down by Gan Chao. The referee is looking back at the VAR after no penalty kick.

In the closing stages, Saldaña won the second leg in a melee after capitalizing on a corner kick. Karanga was shown a straight red card for kicking Chengdu goalkeeper Zhang Yan, giving Chengdu a 1-0 win over Henan Songshan Dragons.

Shanghai Shenhua 0-2 Zhejiang

In the first half, both sides exchanged whites. In the second half, in the 74th minute, Zhejiang broke the deadlock, Cheng Jin opened the left corner, Mu Xiekui header in the middle of the goal, 1-0!

In the 89th minute, Matthews hit a header on Qin Sheng's arm and the referee awarded a penalty kick, which was then taken at one stroke to give Zhejiang a 2-0 lead.
