In February this year, Shanghai issued the Administrative Measures for Bonded Oil Refueling for Shanghai International Vessels. PetroChina responded for the first time and became the first enterprise to submit application materials to the Municipal Commission of Commerce. With the strong support from the Municipal Commission of Commerce, Commission of Transportation, Lingang New District Management Committee, Customs, Maritime, Border Inspection and other government departments and port units, it obtained the first local license for bonded ship combustion refueling in Shanghai on August 23rd and immediately applied for approval of refueling to the port units. Under the guidance of Maritime, Customs and other port units, the first batch of "001" Shanghai local license for bonded ship combustion refueling of international vessels was successfully completed.
