According to the notice, each professional soccer club should settle no less than 30% of the outstanding wages before July 31, 2022.

After review, CFA confirmed that Hebei Football Club, Wuhan Changjiang Football Club and Hunan Xiangtao Football Club failed to implement the above requirements according to the regulations. According to the notice of CFA on the work related to the 2022 Chinese Super League, China First Division League and China Second Division League in the soccer word (2022) No.121, it was decided to deduct 3 points from the league points of the 2022 season of Hebei Football Club, Wuhan Changjiang Football Club and Hunan Xiangtao Football Club.
The CFA once again reiterated that all professional soccer clubs should attach great importance to the repayment of salary arrears. Clubs that fail to implement the requirements of the notice will be dealt with in accordance with the regulations once verified.
