◆ As far as your experience is concerned, there were foreign coaches during youth training and you have worked with many local and foreign coaches during your career, what is your coaching philosophy now?
Since they are youngsters, I personally think they should be nurtured according to the law of soccer development. I still expect them to learn to play some messy soccer, passing and controlling or organizing attacks, and play more messy soccer. Because if they play messy soccer now, they may be more relaxed when doing simple work in the future. We see that there are some youth teams play very direct, direct and not wrong, but I still think that they should be messy to play football, otherwise, to a certain level to play some competitions, many players are now completely will not pick.
