Neville is a former English professional footballer who played for Manchester United from 1991 to 2011, one of the few players to have played for only one club. After retiring as a television pundit and newspaper columnist, in mid-May 2012 he became a member of the coaching staff of the England representative soccer team.
Neville was an outstanding right back, one of the most famous right backs in England's local history. Neville retired as a football commentator and coach, as a football commentator, his humor and witty remarks were well received by the public.
