Speaking about his team's goal late in the game, in the 94th minute, Trossard said, "It was a real relief! I had some great chances to score throughout the game, but unfortunately didn't capitalize on them. However, in soccer you must always keep your confidence in yourself. To be able to take the lead again late in the game is a really great feeling."
Trossard spoke highly of his teammates' performance: "The lads all did a great job today, everyone did their best to create chances on the offensive end. That's the kind of team spirit we need, and even though we didn't score right away, we didn't give up and kept working hard. In the end, Lady Luck was on our side as well."
Reflecting on the entire game, Trossard opined, "Overall, I thought we played well. We took a 2-0 lead in the first half, but then we let up a bit and allowed the other team to score two goals in a row. However, we still created a lot of good chances, only that the opponent's goalkeeper did a great job and defused our attacks many times. Luckily, we managed to score two goals in the final stage and win the game. It was really a tough but wonderful win."
Trossard expressed satisfaction with his team's start to the season: "I think we've had a very good start to the season. It's been a tough run of fixtures but we've coped well and scored a good series of points. Winning again today makes us even happier and we can look forward with confidence."
Trossard also emphasized the unity and mutual support within the team: "I think this victory shows the unity of our team. Everyone wants each other to perform well and we are one. It's a great feeling to win and to get three more points is a huge boost to our confidence. We have a big game coming up next Tuesday and we'll carry on with today's win."
