Beijing time on April 13, Barclay's Gremio officially announced that Ickerson joined the team, both sides signed until November 30, 2022.
According to previous news from the Brazilian media, Ickerson is still prepared to continue to play for the Chinese team, and therefore retains his Chinese citizenship and is registered with Gremio as a foreigner.
Last Wednesday afternoon, after meeting and talking with his teammates, Iverson completed his first practice at his new salon. He hasn't played since November of last year, so his debut may have to wait.
