Chelsea beat Brighton 4-2 at home in the 6th round of the English Premier League last night. After the match, Chelsea player Sancho was interviewed by the club's official to share his thoughts on the game.

Sancho began by talking about the intensity of the game, "As you can see from the score, it was a very close game. We kept working hard and stuck to our game plan even when we fell behind very early in the game. We knew that if we kept playing like that, the opportunity to score would present itself, and Palmer did take advantage of the opportunity to complete the big four!"

Sancho was not surprised by teammate Palmer's outstanding performance: "When you have a player like Palmer in your team, anything is possible. I've known him for a long time, since we played together at Manchester City. I've always watched him and thought he would become a great player. Now he has shown that at Chelsea. We see his ability and strength in training every day, so I'm not surprised that he scored four goals. In fact, he could have scored five or six! I'm sure he's a bit miffed that he didn't keep scoring. But seriously, he's a very good player and it's great to have a teammate like him and I'm happy to give him an assist."

In addition, Sancho also talked about his performance since joining Chelsea: "I think I was a bit slow to get into the swing of things today, but then gradually adapted to the game. I managed to win the penalty and give an assist to Palmer, so I was happy to contribute. Overall, I'm happy to play at Stamford Bridge for the first time as a Chelsea player and it was a great feeling. I can't thank the fans enough for welcoming me and it was a great feeling to get a standing ovation from the fans. My family and friends were there to watch the game as well, so it was a particularly special feeling."

Finally, Sancho expressed his expectations for the future, "I'm happy to have been able to give out assists in recent games, I've adapted well here. I just want to keep the momentum going and continue to help my teammates. Of course, if I can score my first goal, that would be even better!"
