At the end of the first half of the game, Piers Morgan had no problem saying, "Ten Hagar is just useless." He expressed great dissatisfaction with Ten Hagar's tactical setup and player dispatches during the game.
As the game wore on, United's poor performance became more and more obvious and Piers Morgan's criticisms intensified.
