Tottenham Hotspur beat Manchester United with a score of 3-0 in the 6th round of the English Premier League. After the match, Brennan Johnson, the goal scorer of Tottenham Hotspur, was interviewed by the media and shared his feelings and tips about the match.

Brennan Johnson began by talking about his goal: "The last time I scored four goals in four consecutive games was probably when I was in youth training. I've never done that in professional soccer, so today was a great moment for me. Getting the goal and helping the team win the game, with us playing so well overall, it felt really, really good."

Commenting on van der Ven's assist, Brennan Johnson said, "At first I wasn't sure if he would choose to turn and pass to keep possession, but when I saw him continue to move forward with the ball, we all knew he had great speed and excellent breakaway ability, and that very few people would be able to stop him. As he reached the byline and looked for a passing opportunity, I knew I just had to be in the right place, wait for the ball to arrive and then push it into the net with ease. I'm glad I was able to capitalize on the opportunity."

Commenting on the image of himself smiling before he had even kicked a field goal, Brennan Johnson laughed and said, "I've been told by a couple of people that it did. I think I probably knew at that point that I was in an unguarded position and if the ball was passed well, it was basically a goal. So, I was probably smiling early out of confidence that I was going to score."

On getting into the game quickly, Brennan Johnson said, "Yeah, that's what we've always done and that's what Coach has always emphasized. We're not one of those teams that takes 10-15 minutes to get into the game because that's not our style. From the first minute of the game, we have to put pressure on our opponents and let them know they are facing a tough game. This can motivate us to be at our best. If we can play with high intensity, that will suit us well. Of course, it would be even better if we could score early because it would force our opponents to play a more open game."

Finally, speaking about the great accomplishment of winning four games in a row, Brennan Johnson said, "It's a reflection of our determination and perseverance. I think winning is the most important thing, no matter what the game is. We came here with a clear game plan, but the ultimate goal has to be to win. We can play as much as we want, but if we don't win the game, it's all in vain. We've learned that lesson a couple of times this season, so to win today and keep a clean sheet is a really good day for me."
