Q: You have coached two games as acting head coach, are you satisfied with the team's performance and final ranking?
Zhang Xiaorui: I think it is still relatively satisfied. Because since entering the second stage, the team did encounter a lot of difficulties, including foreign aid because of participation in national team competitions or injuries can not meet with the team, but we overcame, successfully completed, but also gained progress.
Q: Today there is no foreign aid adjustment, Caldecott did not even appear on the bench in the second half, how is his condition? Other young center backs in the team this year did not meet everyone's expectations, will there be adjustments in the future?
Zhang Hao Rui: Caldecott started to have diarrhea last night and went to bed after taking medicine in the lounge. He also wants to compete, but the physical condition does not allow. Regarding the second problem, we now have a reserve of center backs, I believe that in the future in this area will be supplemented and strengthened.
Q: This season is over and the foreign coach has left, do you have any information to disclose to the public about the selection of the team's head coach for next season? In the last two seasons, you have had the experience of acting as the head coach, compared to the team, what is the progress and what needs to be improved?
Zhang Xiurui: I thank the salon, the group's trust in me, give me the opportunity to act as head coach, so that I can practice and reflect their own. As the saying goes, a warrior who doesn't want to be a general is not a good warrior. I've been in the team for two years, I know the team personnel better, and I'm confident that I can bring the team to a good place. But no matter who is going to be the head coach next season, I will fully cooperate with the salon's operation, and do my own work first.
