In an interview with TNT Sports, Manchester City youngster Rico Lewis shares his experiences growing up, his connection with City fans and local players, and his soccer idols.

Speaking about his connection with City fans and local players, Lewis said, "Maybe because I'm from here, it makes me feel special when I'm seen by fans in Manchester, in town, and they know who I am. It's a very special feeling because I have a deep connection with the city and this team."

Regarding his soccer idols, Lewis confessed, "Messi and Crow are both players I used to like very much. I used to watch them play soccer when I was a kid, and I was amazed by their skills and talent. Although I prefer Messi now, it is undeniable that both of them are legends in soccer."

Speaking about his growth process, Lewis revealed, "I initially played in midfield, but when I came to Manchester City, the coach put me directly at right back according to the needs of the team. This positional shift helped me a lot because there are a lot of good players here and if you only play one position, it's hard to integrate into the team. I've learned to adapt to different positions and roles, and it's made me a more well-rounded player."

Lewis' candor and confidence show his maturity and potential as a young player. His upbringing and deep connection with Manchester City have given him a love and a sense of belonging to the team. At the same time, he paid tribute to the legends of the soccer world and drew inspiration and motivation from them. I believe that Lewis will continue to work hard to bring more surprises and glory to Manchester City and the soccer world in the days to come.
