What are the experiences?

Q: What are some of the coaching tips from your previous coaching experience, which was well received?
A: First of all, I will ask myself to work hard, I love attacking soccer, and I will try to score more goals than my opponents in every game. In addition, I will also build an outstanding atmosphere in the team, so that the players can release their maximum energy, if I can see at the end of the work that the players have done their best, then it means that I have done a good job. Of course, soccer is a sport that sometimes requires a bit of fate, but I think that when we do a good job, fate will naturally be on our side.
Q: What are the problems with the team and what kind of team do you expect to build?
A: We need to improve in all aspects, the back line is the key to the team, outstanding defense is the foundation of the attack. Although there is a lot of work to be done to transform the team, the first priority is to improve our backline, and I am confident that we will get better.
