Conditions of candidacy:
Age Requirements: Players must be 18 years of age or older. If you have registered for the CUBA league, you must be 21 years old and above (except for those recommended by CUBA).

Enrollment Process:
Online pre-filling: Players who meet the registration requirements must log on the official website of the CBA League on the computer side of the draft registration page to pre-fill in the online registration form and download the relevant materials.
Preliminary Review and Notification: The CBA will conduct a preliminary review of the players who have completed the online pre-filled registration form, and the results of the preliminary review will be communicated to the players by email or phone within 3 days of the completion of the online pre-filling.
Submission of materials: Players who have passed the preliminary screening must send the relevant registration materials back to the CBA.
Draft picks are determined:
Lottery: Teams that do not make the playoffs may participate in the lottery to determine the first through eighth picks. Usually the probability of a team in the bottom of the standings to win a higher spot is relatively high, but the exact result depends on the luck of the draw.
The rest of the draft: in addition to the top eight picks determined through the lottery, the rest of the draft is determined in reverse order based on the team's record. That is, the worse the regular season record of the team, the higher the draft position.

Rounds: The draft is divided into two rounds, 20 in the first round and 20 in the second, for a total of 40 picks.

Rookie Signing:
