Recently, Manchester City's midfielder youngster Perone, who is on loan to Como, gave an interview to La Gazzetta dello Sport, sharing his thoughts on manager Cesc Fabregas and his experience in Serie A.

Perone began by describing his style of play with his nickname "Dog" (meaning dog in Spanish). He explained that the nickname is not due to his aggression on the field, but rather to his frequent dribbling and organizing of attacks. Perone said that he is a big fan of good organized midfielders and sees Rodri as his role model.

Talking about Serie A, Perone looked very excited. He said that he is really enjoying his time at Como and can't wait to spend the season with the team. Although he knows how difficult Serie A can be, especially from a defensive point of view, where Serie A teams show a high level of aggression, he believes that Como are growing up and gradually absorbing and digesting Cesc Fabregas' soccer philosophy.

Speaking about skipper Cesc Fabregas, Perone spoke highly of him. He believes that Fabregas is a coach who specializes in innovation, and like Belotti, he thinks so too. In Italian soccer, it is hard to find a team with a style like Como's. Perone pointed out that Fabregas and Guardiola share the same DNA in that they want to play a great game, focusing on possession, high pressing and creating localized advantages. This is exactly where Como's strengths lie, and Perone is confident of this.
