Sept. 5 (Xinhua) -- The Chinese Football Association (CFA) has handed down a harsh punishment to Chongqing Tongliang Dragon official Huang Weixin for violating discipline.

Dissatisfied with the referee's decision, Guangzhou and Chongqing Tongliang Dragons played a match in the 80th minute of the 21st round of the Central League.

Chongqing Tongliang Dragon official Huang Weixin shouted insults at the referee, who showed him a red card and sent him off from the bench. Then, Huang Weixin kicked down the fire equipment in the passageway during his departure, causing damage to the fire extinguisher box.

The Chinese Football Association (CFA) imposed a harsh penalty of a seven-match ban and a fine of 70,000 yuan on Huang Weixin in accordance with the relevant regulations.
